Pre-extended rod 11- 5/8 from mounting plate.

Manually was able to extend cylinder out to 32 from mounting plate. (I feel like I couldnt extend it out the full length manually, the specs call for a 21 stroke, so I dont believe I was able to get it out the complete 21. When I did collapse the cylinder, I did hear and feel it close at the other end).

(The pictures measuring the stroke that are slightly shorter measuring at 11- 1/8 & 31- were from the rim, not the mounting bracket. I tried taking pictures of the differences with the starting point so hopefully the measurements would make sense.)
