In certain situations where an item arrived that is in need of repair, we will cover 50% of the labor & parts up to the item purchase price (not to include shipping) when serviced by a licensed professional.

  • Example Scenario #1: Item cost is $100, and customer provided a quote to repair the item for $60, then we would pay $30 of that quote back to the customer.
  • Example Scenario #2: Item cost is $100, and customer provided a quote to repair the item for $300, then we would pay the maximum of $100 of that quote back to the customer.

If the repair is unsuccessful, and the customer wishes to return the item, then we will refund back the purchase price of the item cost (not including shipping) minus monies paid by us to assist with repairs.

  • For Example Scenario #1, since we already paid $30 for repair costs, then if returned, the maximum refund would be $70.
  • For Example Scenario #2, since we would have already paid out the maximum of $100 which was a full refund of the item cost, then there is no need to return the item as the customer has already received a full refund.
